Program Overview

The Piano/Keyboard Basics Bootcamp introduces learners to piano and keyboard orientation, posture, hand position, finger numbers, note names, pitch direction, rhythm coordination, simple melody patterns, and beginner accompaniment. Although titled as a bootcamp, this program is delivered as a focused mini workshop under ZC Academy's Creative Short-Term Intensives model. It gives beginners a clear, structured, and encouraging entry into keyboard musicianship. Learners will gain confidence navigating the keyboard, identifying basic note patterns, playing simple exercises, coordinating rhythm with fingers, and understanding how pitch, melody, rhythm, and discipline work together.
