Advanced Track
Program Overview
ZC Academy's Advanced Music & Musical Instruments Track deepens the shared musicianship core while increasing pathway-specific technical control, reading and aural independence, theoretical understanding, stylistic fluency, repertoire demand, artistic judgement and personal responsibility. Vocal/Voice Training and Instrumental Training remain distinct pathways, adapted to the learner's age, ability and goals.
Advanced repertoire remains broad and may include classical, contemporary, worship, jazz, pop, folk/world, film, musical theatre and other suitable traditions. Selection is guided by technical suitability, artistic value, stylistic development, formation principles and assessment needs. Certification preparation supports appropriately mapped advanced grades and, where suitable for older learners, pre-diploma or diploma pathways; exact board-specific repertoire, theory, technical, supporting-test and examination requirements are checked against the current official syllabus before entry.

Curriculum
Each level advances the Common Musicianship Core alongside higher-level Vocal/Voice or Instrumental study.
