Experiential Open House Day
Today, Zeluchi Charles Academy of Creativity & Art warmly welcomes guests to An Experiential Open House, a guided afternoon designed to introduce families, learners, community partners, and guests to the heart of ZC Academy.
The event will offer a first-hand experience of the Academy’s creative atmosphere, learning space, program direction, and formation-focused approach to creativity, skill, identity, excellence, and purpose.
Guests will be welcomed with refreshments, music, and a relaxed atmosphere before the formal opening begins. The program will include a welcome from the ZC Academy team, a presentation by the Academy’s Director, Mayor’s Remarks, creative discipline showcases and activity-led interactions between instructors and the guests, conversations and Q&A, registration support, and networking.
Order of Program
12:00 PM — Guest Arrival, Welcome & Refreshments
Guests arrive, check in, receive a warm welcome, and settle into the space with light refreshments, music, and a relaxed atmosphere.
12:15 PM — Opening Welcome
A brief welcome from the ZC Academy team, introducing the purpose of the Open House and setting the tone for the afternoon.
12:30 PM — Presentation by ZC Academy’s Director and Mayor’s Remarks
The Academy’s Director will share the ZC Academy vision, mission, formation philosophy, creative disciplines, and commitment to helping learners grow through faith, creativity, skill, identity, excellence, and purpose. This will be followed by Mayor’s Remarks.
1:00 PM — Main Academy Activities
Guests will experience creative discipline showcases in Fashion, Fine Art, and Music & Musical Instruments, along with a walkthrough of the learning space, instructor conversations, Q&A, registration support, and guidance on next steps.
2:50 PM — Closing Remarks & Networking
The event will close with final remarks from the ZC Academy team, followed by informal conversation, refreshments, and networking.
